The supplier’s cancellation deadlines, timezone, and penalties apply to your selected rate. Review these on the room page and final quote. Some rates are non-refundable.
Request assistance
Use your secure booking link to request cancellation assistance. Support must obtain the current penalty, verify authorization, and get your explicit approval before supplier cancellation. A support request does not cancel a reservation.
Refunds
Refund eligibility, amount, responsibility, and timing depend on the supplier and payment provider. Yara does not initiate refunds independently or promise a timeline.
